Healthy Homes Start With Healthy Foods

The first place to start for anyone interested in natural healing should be with what they shove into their bodies on a daily basis. Many of the foods we eat are no longer in a natural state.

The problem is that it is not particularly easy to eat food that is 100% natural. Even healthy foods such as fish come from fish farms instead of the wild, whilst beef cattle are often reared on grain instead of natural grass. Many vegetables are robbed of their fibre and nutrients before they ever get anywhere near your mouth, not to mention the ones that end up being unhealthy foods such as crisps.

So to make things simpler for you we have put together a few pointers as to what you should try to include in your weekly shop to keep you and your family healthy:

This is by no means an exhaustive list but it’s a start to get you thinking in the right direction. A nutritional diet is a subject all on it’s own so if you are thirsty for more then why not try looking at some books at amazon.
